  11. The point is that MicroSoft has put something into their new operating 
  12. system that people (I assume) don't know about...and selecting a 
  13. Registration option should do ONLY that.  Maybe you're correct and 
  14. MicroSoft had very noble intentions when they decided to incorporate this 
  15. into Win95, but personally, I don't want ANYTHING going into my machine 
  16. that I don't put there myself, even if it's something I need!  Besides, 
  17. why would MicroSoft keep such a "beneficial" feature of Win95 under their 
  18. hats?

  20. Purchasers of any product should know EXACTLY what they're buying before 
  21. they buy!

  27. Thanks, I'll check out Info World...  ...I don't use any MicroSoft 
  28. products yet, but will be forced to when I purchase an Alpha workstation,
  29. and I want to know exactly what I'm getting myself into when I start 
  30. using WindozeNT or any other MicroSoft product.  Win95 and MSN may not 
  31. work properly yet, but that's not really the issue here...seems to me 
  32. like MicroSoft is testing the waters to see what they can get away with.
